Sara Ketner 

As Sr. Design Assistant for Collaborate Design Studio, Sara works with each designer and their clients.  Sara’s skills are utilized by all of the designers on their projects. Sara assists with all aspects of the design process including fabrics and furnishings, finishes and color palettes, wallcovering and flooring selections, lighting, and space planning.

Sara also brings a high degree of technological expertise to Collaborate Design Studio.  Her ability to transform hand-drawn sketches into detailed, properly scaled architectural documents enhances the degree of detail that can be provided to architects and builders.  Sara is proficient in Computer Aided Design (CAD) software, and other designer related software.          

As an avid art historian, Sara combines her art knowledge with her design expertise to create interiors that are artistically beautiful, yet properly proportioned and balanced.  With an eye for color, she is able to bring out a client’s individual expression and style. Sara describes her passion for design as a use of bold colors and unexpected artistic elements.

Sara holds a degree in Interior Design as well as a degree in Art History.  As a student, Sara was selected to help design the Y-Me Showcase House to benefit Breast Cancer Awareness.  Sara is also a published artist.
